Introduction
The process of building Hitcher Homes begins with a relationship. We want to get to know you, your style and understand your needs. We'll set up a meeting to ensure we start off on the right foot to build your dream custom home.
Planning
The planning phase is where dreams come to life. We'll discuss budget, style, contracts, location and floor plans with you during this stage.
Development
The third step is dedicated to selecting and ordering major materials and appliances. We will be laying the foundation during this stage - so you'll begin seeing your home come to life. This step is mainly structural and will include putting up walls and installing the roof.
Installation
During the installation stage, all of the details beginning to come to life as we begin adding your custom features like trim, paint, cabinets and more. We'll be in constant contact with you every step of the way to give you updates on how it's coming together.
Move In Day
It's finally here! We'll be wrapping up the finishing touches to ensure you're moving into your dream home. This is the most exciting step of the process for us - we love seeing our customers happy faces!
